Wrist Weights, Important Weight Lifting Training
Mostly bodybuilders wrap special bands around their wrist before using wrist weights. These special bands are
known as weight lifting wrist straps. These bands help the bodybuilders in prolonging their hold during some
exercises like shoulder lateral raises and barbell shrugs. There are different tools for weight lifting.

around your wrist tightly. Adjust the position of your hands on the rod but make it sure that the hanging strap
should point towards floor. After that pick the hanging strap and move it up and the roll it around your hand.
